At the start of the season initial ceding of teams into into the two
Groups (designated "B" and "C" ) will be done based on previous
performance of teams and/or team

- There will be 4 Rounds of 5 games. Each team will
play the other 5 teams in their own Group once per round. Points are
assigned
for
each win and loss.
- 9
points are awarded for wins by teams in the Group "B" in Round 1 while
8 points are awarded for wins by teams in the Group "C". In Round 2 the
points awarded are 10 and 9, in Round 3
points
for wins are 11 and 10, while in Round 4 the wins are worth 12 and 11
respectively. All losses for Group
"B" teams

Groups based on accumulated points for the season.
