*Zone Playdown Bylaw - if a team defaults a game due to play in MCA zones then if they meet requirements they are granted a half win (.5W)  and the equivalent half points (rounded up to next integer).  Game in question may be rescheduled for another date before the end of the round to attempt for full win and full points if teams can agree on a date.  See Common League Rules
Team winning  the top group in the final round will be declared the League winner for the season.
(Most points/wins in Group "A" during the final round of play)
If two or more teams are tied, the winner will be determined by the win/loss record in round four of the teams involved. 
If necessary, tie breaker games will be scheduled.
