TO ALL DEER LODGE CURLING CLUB MEMBERS

This notice is part of the Honorary Life Member nominating and approval process, established by the Board of Directors in 1990. This process provides for individual input from members at large, should they so choose.
An Honorary Life Member Nomination Review Board, comprised of three Past Presidents who are themselves Honorary Life Members, together with the Club President, Past President and the First and Second Vice-presidents, will be convened early in March by the club Secretary (non-voting) to review nominations.  Nominations will be discussed and voted upon with simple majority ruling.

The Secretary will forward the final selection to the Board of Directors for its approval.  Presentation of Honorary Life Members, if any, will be made at the Men’s Windup or the Annual meeting, whichever is deemed appropriate.

Please forward any nominations in a sealed envelope to the Secretary at the club via regular mail or through the mail slot in the Board Room door at the club.
