RULES
REGARDING OPERATION OF
COCKTAIL AND DINING ROOM LICENSES 1. Monday - 4:30 pm to midnight Tuesday - 6:00 pm to midnight Wednesday - 6:00 pm to midnight Thursday - 6:00 pm to midnight Friday - 6:00 pm to 1:00 am Saturday - 6:30 pm to 11:30 pm Sunday - 10:00 am to 10:00 pm (Hours subject to change without notice) 2. The number of guests at any time on the premises must not exceed 10% of the total membership. (A member's wife or husband is not considered a guest within the meaning of the Act). 3. No member or guest may bring liquor on the premises. An infraction of this rule by a member or guest will result in the automatic suspension of the member. 4. All liquor must be off the tables in the Cocktail Lounge 1/2 hour after closing time. 5. Not more than two glasses of liquor or one bottle of natural wine or beer shall be served to a customer at one time. 6. No additional service of liquor, wine or beer shall be made until that already given or supplied to the party has been consumed. 7. No member or guest of the club will be served liquor if visibly under the influence. Obscene language will not be tolerated. 8. The bar management shall have control of the conduct of the members and their guests and power to evict, for just cause, with subsequent referral to the Club Executive. 9. No liquor shall be removed from the Dining room or Cocktail Lounge for any reason except when delivered by Cocktail Lounge staff to the ice surface. |
