2017 Sr. Men's & Sr. Women's Provincial Championships
February 22 - 27, 2017

Our Host Committee requires a large number of volunteers
to help make this a successful and fun event.
The main time period needed for volunteers is during
the event between February 22 - 27, 2017.
Team registration & practice starts on Wednesday
afternoon February 22, with the Banquet later that evening. Round robin competition
starts Thursday February 23 at 8:30 a.m.
The minimum volunteer time suggested is 6 - 8 hours.
Volunteers are needed to work in the following areas
- Time Keeping/Officiating,
- 50/50 Fundraising Draws,
- Facilities (Physical set-up/take-down,
assist with club operations ),
- Hospitality (Light housekeeping during draws, serve
beverages to timekeepers)
Note : there will be some overlap of duties between Admissions
and Hospitality volunteers.

At their first shift each Volunteer will receive
a special pass with their name on it (non transferable). The Volunteer
pass will be accepted for free entry to for all remaining draws of

preferences and to administer volunteer records.
